CNCVOX was founded in response to strong demand for CNC routing and machining of large timber sections in Brisbane. What began as a timber-focused operation quickly evolved — today, we offer high-precision CNC cutting across a wide range of materials including plastics, aluminium, and composite panels.

We proudly serve clients across all industries — from architecture and construction to product design, signage, art, and advanced manufacturing. Based in Brisbane, we work with businesses and individuals throughout Southeast Queensland and surrounding areas.

Our Capabilities

We are equipped to handle everything from one-off prototypes to high-volume production, with machinery and processes tailored to suit both simple and complex geometries.

CNC Routing

  • 1200mm x 1200mm bed with 300mm Z-clearance and rotary 4th axis – ideal for thick materials like laminated timber, foam, or block models.
  • 3600mm x 1800mm bed with 200mm Z-clearance and rotary 4th axis – perfect for large panels such as cladding, cabinetry components, or signage.
  • No length limitation – we machine oversized parts in sections using precision alignment techniques, enabling seamless production of arbitrarily long components.

Digital Cutting

  • Oscillating cutter and kiss cutter with 1800mm x 1600mm bed – ideal for soft sheet materials like cardboard, foamboard, vinyl, and thin plastics. Perfect for packaging, displays, and pattern cutting.

CAD & Design Support

We offer full CAD support and toolpath generation using industry-standard software:

  • Autodesk Inventor
  • SolidWorks
  • Rhinoceros 3D

Our in-house design team can work from sketches, CAD files, or collaborate directly to bring your concept to reality — whether it’s a one-time project or an ongoing production run.
