We CNC-machine a range of non-ferrous materials for one-off parts, prototypes and repeat production. Material suitability depends on the grade, size and application.

Materials

• Timber & boards — solid timber, plywood, MDF and engineered boards.
• Plastics — HDPE, acrylic, polycarbonate and other machinable plastics.
• Foams — rigid and flexible foams, including suitable PU and EVA grades.
• Aluminium — custom parts, plates and panels.
• Composites — suitable composite sheets, panels and tooling materials.

We do not machine ferrous metals. Send us your material specification and drawings to confirm suitability.
