If you have trouble downloading or would prefer your own NDA, email admin@cncvox.com.au.

How to arrange an NDA

  1. Download and review the document before sending confidential project details.
  2. Complete the details — the date, your legal entity name and ABN/ACN, and a brief project description.
  3. Choose the publicity option — YES permits CNC VOX to mention your company name and general type of service; NO keeps the client relationship confidential. Leaving both blank means no permission.
  4. Sign and email the completed NDA to admin@cncvox.com.au.
  5. Wait for the countersigned copy from CNC VOX before relying on the agreement to share sensitive files or begin work.

What the NDA covers

The agreement protects confidential project and business information shared by either party, including CAD files, engineering drawings, prototypes, quotations and non-public specifications. Disclosure is restricted to personnel and subcontractors who need the information for the project and are bound by confidentiality obligations, subject to limited legal exceptions.

Confidentiality continues after the engagement for as long as the information remains confidential. The NDA does not by itself confirm an order, set pricing or transfer intellectual property rights. Those matters are addressed through our accepted quotations and Terms and Conditions.
